This study is based on the Act XC of 2017 on Criminal Proceedings which analyses the experience of the period since the Criminal Proceedings Act has entered into force, in particular the provisions of the settlement and the preparatory meeting, especially the importance of admission given that the legislator was also was guided by the acceleration and simplifi cation of the procedure in the course of codifi cation. Therefore, the legislator paid particular attention to legal institutions that avoided trials. |
